How does the Notes client inherit regional settings from the OS?

Hi all!

I have a Notes 9.0 client running in a Windows 2012 based Citrix environment.

When a user logs on to Citrix the regional profile for the Citrix session is inherited from the local client the user is operating from.

When the user starts Notes, however, the Notes regional profile is always US English (new client).

Where does the Notes client obtain information about the OS regional settings?

no regional settings

But you have lotus notes in english?

Please check your version of lotus notes and the language.

I think Lotus dosen't use local language it uses it's own configuration.
